Small Groups

Mrs. Steinkamp runs groups based on student need. Parents, teachers, the principal and other school staff can refer students to me for a guidance group. (most groups will begin in October)

Some groups that Mrs. Steinkamp will currently be working with:

Organizational Skills Boot Camp - No, there is no yelling or monster obsticle courses involved... The key to success comes through organization and that is our goal! This group will meet once a week for 8 weeks, with a "graduation" for successful completion!

G.I.R.L.S. (Girls in Real Life Situations) - This group is focused on empowering our girls in middle school to make good social and emotional decisions as well as improve self-esteem and body image.

WEB Leaders: A select group of 8th grade students who mentor our 6th graders...all through their first year of middle school. The focus will be on the academic, social and emotional well-being of our 6th graders.
